Art Specifications

    Preferred File Format:

    Print ready PDFs are preferred. EPS, JPG, & TIF are also acceptable. Microsoft Office files are not acceptable for wide format printing.


    It is Important to:


    • Flatten all artwork
    • Create all text to outlines
    • Embed all images
    • Rasterize any vector files with effects, such as drop shadows and glows

    Note: A file setup fee will be incurred if files are not print ready


    Resolution for Wide Format Printing:

    Files should be 150 dpi at 100% scale. Scale dpi according to the scale of the file. For example, if the file is at 50% then the dpi should be 300. Files can be reduced to 100 dpi at 100% scale for larger projects, such as bus wraps and oversized banners. Files with a lower resolution than specified may be pixelated/blurry when printed.

    Sending Files:

    May be sent on CD, ZIP, DVD, FTP site or E-mail.
